The swimming pool is available from 1 May to 30 September.
It is possible to use the pool even during the period of unavailability, with a supplement of € 200 per week. |

ASKING FOR AVAIBILTY, FARES, RESERVATIONS
To rent the property for events (places at disposal: ground floor rooms, garden with forniture and swimming pool) , the price must be arranged according the number of guests and the event to be settled. An advanced payment of 30% of the total fare, is requested.

| GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR THE USE OF HOUSE LOCALS : |
ROOMS
Smoking inside house rooms is strictly forbidden. Abstaining from observing the rule is subject to laws in force.
SWIMMING POOL
2.20 mt height max., open from May to September. The use of the pool is reserved to guests only. Please, follow the regulation available in the house.
OUTDOOR
We ask to our guests to respect the garden plants and the environement of property.
TENNIS COURT
Use reserved to guests only.
For everything else, we rely on our guests commons sense, hoping they could take care of the country house, the same way they would do at home. Thank you in advance. |
